Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

We offer $12.99 flat rate domestic shipping to most of the states of US for orders under $99 and free shipping for orders over $99. The order will be shipped via UPS ground service unless requested otherwise.

 

Free local delivery is available for orders over $99 within 10 miles of Livingston, NJ. For orders under $99, we charge $12.99 for local delivery.

 

Deliveries are made from 10:00am through 3:00pm on week days. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our business address. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our pickup hours are from 12:00pm to 5:00pm on week days. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at alan@gloveone.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an in-correct address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit an order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at alan@gloveone.net with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Returns must be made in writing directly to Head Office within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Glove One Co. prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.

For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer.
